Hello,I received a message after ordering a Homecraft PickUp Reacher to say that I couldn't get the it until end of May, I emailed you explaining that my friend was in hospital and she would badly need it when she got back home, you immediately emailed me back saying that you would do your best. Well my friend came out of hospital after a 6 week visit yesterday and the Pick-up Stick arrived on my door step too. It is amazing that it arrived just when she needed it.
