Our pro extreme air-cooled B & S Class autoclave for Dental and Specialist Clinics. Fully automatic, the B Class steriliser with S Class cycles provides the heavy-duty internal components necessary to meet the latest EU & Australian standards. It also offers more internal space, which allows for longer instrument sets to be safely sterilised.

Warranty Information

2 years or 2,000 cycles - whichever comes first. The customer must have a 12 month maintainance performed by an accredited service agent. Authorised service agent must submit service report at 12 months for 24 month warranty to activate

Equipped with German Thomas Dry Vacuum Pump, this Hatmed Air Cooling Autoclave can achieve a vacuum level as low as -0.92 bar and full sterilisation with its fastest B Class cycle time in 15-16 minutes (excluding drying time). The chamber’s pressure control and precise temperature protect delicate instruments, meeting various sterilisation needs and is the best value choice for dental and specialist clinics. 

The HAM23PDX can hold up to 7kg of metal instruments or 2.5kg of textiles.

Automatic Cycle and Test Schedule Start

The user can schedule any cycle to start at a specific time, or set up consecutive tests to run automatically back-to-back. For example, a vacuum test and a helix test can be configured to run in sequence without manual intervention.

Constructed from durable stainless steel that is highly resistant to corrosion, this innovative component is specifically designed to produce pure steam and protect delicate instruments. Its unique structure guarantees excellent efficiency and superior steam quality.

Optimal Drying Results

The air-cooling autoclave extracts air from hollow or porous loads, and fills them with saturated steam, which ensures maximum steam penetration throughout the entire load. This achieves optimal drying results, even for cotton textile loads.

Intelligent Load Detection 

By utilising intelligent load detection, the system can precisely calculate the required time, water, and power based on the amount of load to be sterilised. This ensures efficient sterilisation, saves energy, and conserves environmental resources.

Water Quality Monitor

The water quality detection system triggers an alarm and halts the sterilisation cycle to prevent impurities from damaging the equipment.

Label Printing

An optional Hatmed barcode label sticker and/or cycle record external printer can be attached. These labels can be attached to the packaging for convenient viewing and to prevent package expiration.

Optional with External Water Connection or Internal Water Tank

With the external water tank, distilled water is fed from the external water reservoirs automatically. There is no need to clean the water tank and discharge the wastewater on a regular basis.
