Optimal Drying Results

Equipped with an efficient condensing system to ensure the dryness of loads, including paper, plastic packaging, and cotton fabric wrapping.

Intelligent Load Detection 

By utilising intelligent load detection, the system can precisely calculate the required time, water, and power based on the amount of load to be sterilised. This ensures efficient sterilisation, saves energy, and conserves environmental resources.

Water Quality Monitor

The water quality detection system triggers an alarm and halts the sterilisation cycle to prevent impurities from damaging the equipment.

Built-In Large Record Log Memory

The system can store 30,000 sterilisation records which can be exported through a USB. These records can be referred by date. Each sterilisation record can be directly browsed on the screen, and a single record can also be reprinted.

Label Printing

An optional Hatmed barcode label sticker and/or cycle record external printer can be attached. These labels can be attached to the packaging for convenient viewing and to prevent package expiration.

Optional with External Water Connection or Internal Water Tank

With the external water tank, distilled water is fed from the external water reservoirs automatically. There is no need to clean the water tank and discharge the waste water on a regular basis.
