Automatic Cycle and Test Schedule Start
The user can schedule any cycle to start at a specific time, or set up consecutive tests to run automatically back-to-back. For example, a vacuum test and a helix test can be configured to run in sequence without manual intervention.

Optimal Drying Results
The air-cooling autoclave extracts air from hollow or porous loads, and fills them with saturated steam, which ensures maximum steam penetration throughout the entire load. This achieves optimal drying results, even for cotton textile loads.
Intelligent Load Detection
By utilising intelligent load detection, the system can precisely calculate the required time, water, and power based on the amount of load to be sterilised. This ensures efficient sterilisation, saves energy, and conserves environmental resources.
Water Quality Monitor
The water quality detection system triggers an alarm and halts the sterilisation cycle to prevent impurities from damaging the equipment.
Label Printing
An optional Hatmed barcode label sticker and/or cycle record external printer can be attached. These labels can be attached to the packaging for convenient viewing and to prevent package expiration.
